Will,

You should be able to buy "liquid bandage" at a local pharmacy or big box store, like Target or Walmart. I buy mine at CVS for instances when my children cut themselves in places that are hard to "bandaid"...like between their fingers, on their knuckles, etc.

While my products have helped my daughter's eczema symptoms subside, her hands still get really dry during these winter months. (We live in Indianapolis, IN.) Some years the dry air made the skin on her hands crack so bad that they bled. To circumvent this, she just uses a little extra Mocha Tree Organics body creme on her hands and it keeps them soft and supple. wink.gif I definitely think a handmade blend might be the thing that helps you the most.

Nice website Kimberly, love the natural focus.

I most likely won't shop amazon, although I love them as a source to know what's "out there". I dislike mail order - my first choice is someplace I can walk even if it's costlier, then I'm so embarrassed to say, the evil giant WM.

Yes, so far my homemade lotion is making a big difference in the way my skin feels, actually a really big difference.

I don't think I'll ever be a lotion liking person, but I can definitely tolerate it with the benefits I'm experiencing. Thanks to Sara and Ginger's tutelage, my hands "see" the difference between a good lotion and an average one.

Next, I'll be drinking green tea -- nah, just kidding. Maybe I'll try green tea (matcha) in my lotion water phase, though. (See I have learned a lot smile.gif

Ah Grasshopper. You are learning well! You are very welcome, my northern friend. And when those hands get all nice and soft and supple and your better half is LOVING that, you WILL be a lotion liking person.... wink.gif biggrin.gif I get these guys to buying lotions by telling them that there is nothing sexier to a woman than a a man with soft, tender hands touching them....and their lady is standing next to them, punching them in the side, nodding and saying listen to her happy.gif

Can you imagine what Leonardo da Vinci could have accomplished if he had some "balin wawr" wire, a tube of super glue, and a roll of duct tape??
