I use Soap Maker Pro
Once all of your supplies and products are entered, you have an inventory that automatically changes when you use supplies or sell a product. Great program.

If your regular customer has always been reliable then I would probably replace the order. This time ship it insured to make sure the person has to sign for it. I know it will cost more, but good will is worth a lot.
